  1. Let’s think about that… The youngest child had weapons lying around, made ricin and kept it in a box supposedly under his bed, and displayed a penchant for violence while at school. According to the approved narrative, his parents were managing an out-of-control teenager. His dad stopped him going out with a weapon or weapons just the week before he left for the dance studio via taxi. One does not need to be Poirot or Holmes to supply the answer.

  2. Boomer here, struggling to support two GenZ sons who get intermittent work at below the minimum wage, who know they’ll never afford their own home, marry, and have a family. I’m well-educated and have a wide range of expertise, but I’m lucky to have a minimum wage job myself at my age, approaching retirement (which I’ll probably have to defer). No savings; utilities, travel to work, and food are biggest expenses. The government’s got me coming and going, and then the media kindly refers to me as the cause of the problem, a burden and, variously, a Tory voter or a Labour voter, depending on their particular channel politics.

  5. International student drop-outs are tracked because Unis notify authorities. They have their visas removed, are given a few weeks to pack up and go, and spend that time ringing other education establishment that’ll take them on and renew the visa; if they fail, they don’t always leave the UK.

  14. Although we use terms such as herbivore and carnivore, the truth is nearer omnivore. There are niche species which specialise in only type of food, and some which stick to a preferred diet, but those aren’t universal traits. I once watched sheep mob a group of picnickers for lamb, ham, and chicken sandwiches, and don’t stand near hungry goats with anything vaguely edible (including small children).

  50. I believe we’re seeing a lot of dinosaurs looking to kickstart the glorious revolution. As we’re not complying, we must be pushed and punished by strategic policies and cruelty until we’ve had enough and comply with the program. However, it isn't so easy to manufacture a society’s breakdown in the age of mass communication and social media; they recognise that, hence their attempts at control. The genie is out of the lamp and the dinosaurs are making their last stand against extinction.
