  2. I recall a member of the Lords reading a disposition a few months ago. He said that the Equality Act 2010 is very clear and, while men can identify as women, a piece of paper does not entitled them to the same legal protections as women (especially in regard to designated single sex spaces). Was fully expecting the judiciary to play silly burgers. Happy the decision was the only one they could make legally and morally. Once the Narcissistic rage peters out, things could get interesting.
