The British monarchy has no political power. None - zero - zip. True, there have been a few glitches since Magna Carta (June 1215), like Charles I, who declared himself absolute monarch by divine right, started the English Civil War, and got his curls bobbed… terminally with extreme sharpness. In fact, the monarch is advised by the Privy Council, who really hold the power: they’re legal experts with K.C. after their name. Oh, btw, Starmer is a K.C.
