  1. It’s rise of the weak bully: venomous, mean-spirited, entitled and abusive, and so very fond of playing the victim. Those little bits of irritating grit in society’s shoe who make life just a bit more difficult for others. The type who embrace authoritarianism because they get a kick out of using borrowed power, especially because they can control stronger bullies and send them to really, perhaps terminally, hurt their targets.
