  1. There is no legal definition of “woman”, so anyone or anything can self-identify as a “woman” and be treated accordingly. Ergo, since a “woman” doesn’t legally exist, this individual cannot legally self-identify as a man and must not be treated as a man. Being present in a men’s prison would cause an outbreak of cognitive dissonance, see?
