  3. Heck, back in the 1980s, an old chap used to regularly come to office appointments dressed in a blouse, skirt and heels. He was a well-known local eccentric who claimed he was a Scottish lord - he wasn’t - and mumped beer in various pubs. The heels didn’t suit him, really. At his age, he would’ve been better in flatties.
