  5. Is this ‘man’ a Narcissist (given we cannot ascribe that diagnosis unless qualified to do so) or an abuser? What I do know is that abusers frequently employ a range of manipulative techniques including belittling, mind-reading, gaslighting, coercive control etc. and he’s displaying a mastery of them. Back in the day he’d be described as a weak bully and he would’ve spent his days being a jobsworth, making life just that little bit worse for everyone.
