  2. Because net zero only refers to the landmass of Britain. No doubt importers will be punished with a huge tax for daring to transport the steel to places it’s needed, then the manufacturers being taxed for using it and distributing finished goods, then the public taxed for buying an item and taking it home (that’ll be higher fuel taxes for cars or delivery).

  5. They’ve moved on from CO2. It’s N2O at the moment, with some activists wailing about H2O being THE worst culprit driving climate change. If you needed proof that the global warming activists are nutters, well… there you go.
