  2. My son’s photography tutors insisted students delete any image that inadvertently included recognisable passers-by, so the public privacy laws are still there, in the UK at least.

  3.  @dealz5197 dunno about it being illegal, but I was there when a bus driver got out of his cab, walked down the aisle and told a young woman that, although her graphic sex life was quite interesting, there were children on the bus. She sat there, open-mouthed, and said not a peep for the rest of the journey. On another occasion, an elderly lady yelled at a young man wearing headphones that she’d prefer Radio 4. He took the hint.
