  1. My first RoP trailer was the Superfans. I thought I’d see other members of the Fellowship, scholars possibly, but instead I was treated to a whole bag of steaming wtf? I watched it all the way through, too horrified to look away in case the real world had imploded around me. That cured me of all hope I had for the series and, so, I’ve watched reviews like Drinker’s, but I wouldn’t touch RoP with a bargepole.
