  1. Yes, totally damn right. I gave up tv and newspapers about 20 years ago, but recently sat by a hospital bed where the ward tv was on for hours every evening. OMG what a load of brain-numbing, hysterical, puerile tat! Even the news was OTT with pointless and extended explanations of events, all Politically Correct (i.e. Woke).
