  4. I’d dispute that the US gaols more individuals for minor crime. It was done to clean up the streets, and it worked, but that’s all in the past now. Look at NYC now, for example; turnstile courts even for serious crimes involving GBH. Although I do believe you’d need to examine the issues NYC is facing vs small rural communities which probably do still gaol sheep rustlers and habitual drunks.

  5. What’s up? Labour planning for more women to go to prison longer for minor crimes so that the male inmates foisted on their 12 gaols (there are 117 gaols in all) can get free harassment rights?
