Pocket has just today pushed a magazine article from late October feting RoP as the best adaptation of Tolkien to date, worthy of praise for its sweeping grandeur, great plot line and lore accurate characters. Apparently, a few fans made spurious attacks, but they can be dismissed because they are idiots who do not understand Tolkien and istaphobes, to boot. You realise, of course, that this isn’t over yet.
