  1. Fun fact: In the original fairytale, the Prince discovers Snow White lying dead in a glass/crystal coffin made by the dwarves. This is in a forest glade, which he thinks is nice but it’s better to take her to his castle. The coffin, however, is accidentally dropped, which jars the piece of apple out of the fair maid’s throat, so she wakes up. Joy all round. A political marriage is sealed. The non-consensual kiss is nothing compared to that slew of innocent symbolism.
