  1. Disability benefits cannot be paid to a claimant out of the UK for more than 13 weeks. PIP can, if I remember right, be paid for up to 26 weeks providing the claimant is receiving treatment abroad. If benefit was paid for 2 whole years, because someone lied about their mum’s location, that’s straight-up fraud. Prosecute!
