  3. My home city already has plans to ban all private transport inside the inner ring road by 2030. The only available public transport inside the exclusion zone will be “call-a-ride” electric minibuses for the disabled and elderly who cannot walk very far (and who will have to register for the service). Also, there will be no public transport circular service around the ring road. Goods vehicles making deliveries must be electric, and only operate between midnight and 6am, and only on approved routes.
