  141. Yes, originally he was charged for rape, but those charges were later dropped because DNA evidence PROVED that according to California Law, he did not rape the lady. He never opened his trousers. The fact that you might define rape as something else doesn't mean that media must and, indeed, shouldn't. He was then charged and convicted of the lesser charges of sexual attack. His family is not wealthy. They are at best middle class. Judge Persky did nothing wrong. He only followed the normal procedure of following the suggestions set out for Brock's punishment by the Probation Report, which actually set out 25 different conditions of punishment which Judge Persky followed to the letter. The Probation Report follows Law and Precedent as a matter of course. I know it's easy to hate on people, but maybe you all could actually find out what the actual court documents say before verbally stringing Mr. Turner up onto a stake and lighting the fire, and then stand there enjoying his screams of agony until they are stilled by death. On September 2nd Mr. Turner will be released from jail. He will have to pay a hefty fine, be on probation for 3 years, take psychological treatment for his problem, and worse of all, have his name on the predator list for the rest of his life. FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE. Have you any idea of what being on that list will do to his life? Look it up and find out. It's not pleasant. Is that not punishment enough? Crucify him!!! Crucify him!!! Good God, listen to yourselves.
