Given that the targets of these rockets are large cities, then the chances of each of these 10 rockets to cause destruction and death of civilians is high. 99% is very high and there are no sophisticated systems that are 100% full proof.

Given every child has a smartphone with a good camera then there's 100% chance that any such hit will get to the media. The down side of Iron Dome system is that it saved Israel the need to retaliate with a ground offensive on every Hamas rocket attack, thus saving lives of Hamas terrorists.
