  13.  @_Ahmed__Hesham_  A refugee is a person that due to fear for his life fled from his origin country to another country where he is an alien having a different language, different culture and has trouble making a living, hence he needs a special care, a palestinian person who is living in palestine, he has never became an alien in a foreign country, therefore not a refugee.
