Pay attention that this man's disagreement is about the timing not the idea. His idea of Zionism is that the re-establishment of the independent state of the Jews would be accomplished by 100% vivid direct revelations of actions of God while the other 99.999% Jews believe that God guides what to do and the re-establishment of the state of Jews and the preceding steps are sign blessed by God. They all agree that Jews should be in Jewdea (It is a commandment of the Torah, along with other Thora commandments that can be fulfilled only in Israel).

The difference being, Israel has absorbed those incoming refugees, while the Arab countries for the most part did not, they use them as a political tool (a common cause, a unifying topic, a diversion from poverty, poor health care, poor education and corrupt governments).
