  1. I will have to disagree with Tachibana. He claims that bullying is done in a way that the adults don't notice(4:39). When Chiaki was bullied, her classmates were comfortable enough to shout insults from the window. This video shows a bully delivering a beatdown on another kid(5:01). It seems like the bullies are not afraid of the adults noticing their actions.
