The UN does not have 100,000 troops to deploy, their current numbers are maximum of 75,000 personnel, a quàrter of them are already deployed elsewhere so that leaves around 52,000 maximum that the UN can deploy to Ukraine, & not all countries are going to agreed to this deployment.......so realistically that will be less than 36,000 UN Troops available for that Ukraine buffer zone if they have balls to even try it !!
