For a day or two, if ukraine gain any ground, it is because Russia let them, once that pincer movement is closed by Russia in the Lugansk, the Ukrainians will have many thousands of troops cut off completely, Russia do not need to go in heavy handed, just keep them cut off, supplies & food rations will take their toll on them 😊
