I went to my exes house in league city texas it was time to pick up my 4 year old a man I had never seen before had my 4 year old daughter she I dentified me as her mother and ask to go with me he refused to let me have her. I asked to talk to the nanny. He said she is not here. Well I know her dad had a re for the Nannie that unless it's a dire emergency she could not leave until he was home. So my thought is he killed the nanny and now he wants to do the same to my child. It was the days before the cell phones so I found a pay phone and the pole ice refused to tell me. I said what if he rapes or kills her. They told me if that happens wexwill investigate. I started pounding on the solid oak door with a brick. It's moms job one to protect their child. It's hard wired and I went into overdrive well the police came and arrested me. I was in a dirty cell in a germs bed. They wanted me to go to county and that jail was even worse. This is one of the most affluent counties in texassbqckwards. I was sick for weeks after that. The judge was too lazy to accept any thing but a guilty plea. So I had no right to a trial. Mt lawyer told me people that ask for a full trial are routinely sent to jail in texass.for the maximum sentence. I was charged with criminal mischief a for trying to protect my child while female. That is the most severe misdemeanor that exists in Texas. And my conviction for pleading guilty kept me from finding a job so I was forced into decades of poverty for trying to protect my child while female. I eventually had to take what was left of my retirement and move to Washington state because they will not accept criminal information from texassbackward. I am surviving now. The whole situation really messed my daughter up and although this was a big part of it. She committed suicide at fifteen. It's been 18 years and I still have not healed. Texas talks about secession all the time we should bot wait. We should eject texassbackwards and burn it to the ground. Expunge you say? Very few lawyers will take an expungement case. It was 700 for my original lawyer. Its!It's! Have been 1500 for an exoungement since the misdemeanor conviction forced me into poverty I could not do it. And no probono and legal aide does not do expungement. I have finally begun to heal a little in wa state. I am poor but I get a little help. By contrast being poor in Texas while female is q crime that may be punishable by death if you don't want to be a street walker

I was bullied a lot but I never hurt anyone. Except when they were violent with me. I am q lefty so if they hit me it was over soon.

You are overcomplicating the police. It's a patronage job
1
You make the police sound like the shooter. Not bad

He was a man and not black so Sal was a good guy

They don't deserve people. But you failed to consider the sometimes extreme toxicity and corruption and unending poisonous patriarchy of texassbackwards

If you don't have none there is no mental health care. No matter how disturbed or dangerous you are. And lW enforcement in podunk areas are patronage jobs. You know someone you get a check. Don't expect any help. If you ask then to save your children you are arrested the judge is to lazy to accept anything but a guilty plea do you are always denied ther right to a trial. So you have a conviction following you around for life. Texassbackwatd is the most evil place in the world no one will hire you because of a misdemeanor conviction so you are forced into poverty. If they really said what they wanted it's toxic patriarchy forever. There is so much true evil. Don't let me start by driving a beater while female

Typical texassbackwards. They didn't confront the shooter because they were Patridge policemen they knew someone and got a check. They never expected to do any work
