  1. i have had my first sleep walking experiece when i was 3. it did not have a dream with it but i got up disturbed my infant brother because i turned on all the lights in my house no one would explain it to me. but both my parents were angry

  2. i am still a sleep walker at 70 and i have struggled with sleep ever night of my life. my mother was a pediiatric nurse she could have explained what happened i just got an earlier bedtime so i ust lay there and didnt slee[

  3. i am really afraid i could harm someone while sleepwalking. i know violence is not something i have over learned but people are terrible and frightening these days

  4. why do i need to sleepwalk. the last sleepwalking dream i had in the dream i threatened him with a gun. i do not own weapons just because of my sleepwalking has violent dreams. with me doing the violence. when i could afford large dogs a had a few at a time and they learned when mama was about to sleepwalk and they would whine to wake me up they did not have to be trained they knew i needed to wake up before i got in trouble

  5. dreaming for me is never pleasant. i dream of hurting someone that has grievously injured me. night terrors destroy my sleep whidch i dont have a lot of control over. i would like to go to sleep when everyone else does but i am in capable of that. i fall asleep at 3 am an wake up about 9 am and as much as i avoid it i am forced to nap which will also give me dreams that i hate. no sleep doctor has been abloe to help me beyond heavy sedation and now i am 70 and no one will give me much meds

  6. i hate sleeping and dreaming the first cold day that i have to have a heavy blanket i dream someone is holding me down to kil me and i cannot get up. and that will end with sleep walking.
