Also in wa state we consider everything 220 miles north to 200 miles south of the Mexican border to be a no man's land to be avoided probably true in Texas. So cal does have some problems if you have a small lab or a small manufacturing facility that is not a 24 7 operation. The cartel will move in at night and make drugs there. The owners don't say anything because they don't want trouble with the cartels but the cartels pay them well and it adds greatly to their bottom line. I think the cartel may be listening to your stuff and may be getting ready to require protection money from the future refurbished maquiadoras as we used to call them.
