I personally think the backlash might be to do with the name "that girl". To me, it gives off a kind of "not like other girls" vibe because it's not about being THOSE girls, or a HEALTHY girl, it's THAT girl. "That girl" as distinguishable from other girls. I don't think there's anything wrong with the content, but calling it "that girl" makes it sound competitive. I don't really watch these videos though so maybe I'm missing something, that's just my first impression.
