Yet he treated them so bad and was such a man-child ("no that doesn't work either!"), that they left and are divorcing him. Also screwed up that $50m+ media deal. Sam definitely right about homophobia in the 90's, I was in highschool in 🇭🇲 and remember arguing with a friend of a friend about him boasting about his relatives going gay bashing as a hobby, Sydney gay hate murders being ignored by police was rampant and violence directed at gay people was commonplace. As a straight male felt disgusted, ashamed, embarrassed at the intolerance directed at other humans but because it sometimes came from people I partially understood I realised that social pressure and upbringing had a strong brainwashing effect. Conservatives want to reverse the clock not to protect the children but instead it will endanger the children to potential violence either receiving or instigating. The friend of a friend's relative is most likely dead or in jail, he definitely received karma whether you think it was deserved or not.

  49. 1:50 yes, Palestine wasn't a nation state at the start of the 1900's. But also Germany wasn't a nation state until 1870, Australia in 1901 and there are many similar examples. It seems like people ignore the fact that the dominance of the nation state is relatively very new in human history and came out of the delegitimising of empires because they benefitted the few and not the many. The Palestinian state has been blocked by external forces (near and far) at every turn. If Zionism had never existed, there is good argument that neighbouring arab powers would taken over the area and prevented an independent Palestinian state, but this would still not be the fault of the Palestinians.

There are still great people, hopefully they can help us avoid what the doomsayers are saying, but a lot has to change for the better.
