It's already ramped up, if you mean full war-time production (which the US cannot sustain as it could in 1940s to 1970s) then think about that ... this is just one proxy war. If the US-EU was fully ramped up for war, and BRICS was too, US-EU axis of NATO would collapse faster than the Ukraine/Belarus/Russia core of USSR did up to the 90s. The American economy only worked while people were submissive to the global bulky threat. The illusion of America being superior in any real sense has quickly evaporated and they'll never be able to pull the same tricks as they did to get hegemony in the first place (fool me once...).

Do the math on that. The US is able to produce 8 days worth of shells per month, with everything in overdrive. It's going to have issues with steel prices too, which BRICS could easily affect if they wanted to. That's the rate with Ukraine preserving ammo. The Russians are firing, and producing, much more.
