  1. Your arguments apply equally well against all applications of mathematical models to large scale human phenomena. I say equally well, but I mean equally badly because the point is to use them to make models of various boundaries to analyse the cumulative effects of attrition in protracted warfare. Taking these basics and combining with topology would be a very effective way of providing insight and a well defined intel source. This just seems like a really naive misunderstanding of how mathematical models are applied; if used its not the way this guy thinks its used.
