I've noticed the Israeli side likes to talk about numbers when it suits them, and render them irrelevant when it wants to claim righteousness. In the Rome Statutes, numbers are not relevant to the definition of Genocide. The commanders are on record, on video, proudly exclaiming they saw an opportunity to expand their control and were under no immediate threat - wiped them out so they couldn't become a threat. The story you just gave is a later invention, because there was at that point no conceivable way to spin the situation as different from the 3rd Reich. I understand you really believe what you've grown up being spoon-fed, but even a cursory dig into the history unravels the entire web of lies your moral position critically depends on.

How many times Jerusalem is mentioned in Quran is not a fair comparison. The bible is a story book, the Quran is not. Jerusalem IS mentioned in the Hadith corpus and history of the early followers - thats the equivalent of the bible and where you'd find that information. I really can't figure out if you're utterly brainwashed or deliberately manipulative.

I don't think you understood the words you used, "where does that leave Islam" doesn't make sense as a question. The Jews were there, then were wiped out of there by the Christians, then the Muslims came and found 80 Jewish families to restart Jewish presence in Jerusalem. There was never any hatred, until the zionists came with their claims of racial superiority (Quran utterly refutes racism), using tactics learned from europe on the local population. There's nothing wrong with calling it a story book, but there is something very wrong with how judgemental and defensive you got. The point was the Quran isn't a story book, it references stories, explains some things about them. But all the stuff you find, especially in the new testament, their nearest equivalent is hadith. Israel was besiged on all sides but gained an amazing victory which legitimised their claims the bible is the deeds of entitlement to control the holy lands. Israelis genuinely believe the arabs harboured the same anti-semitic hatred towards them as the europeans had. This is of course total nonsense, the occupation started the hatred of Zionists, and the zionist propaganda managed to conflate that with hatred of jews in general for their jewishness (even though Jews are unambiguously reapected in Islam, and one of Muhammad's wives, mother of the Ummah, was a Jew!). If the Israelis were hinest with themselves, and faithful to Judaism, they would dissolve the knesset and establish a governing community including free Jews and Christians and Muslims (not just the few who can be tempted or forced to submit).
