  1. I am one of few pre WW2 Miensk townie, Today I live between Miensk and Stockholm, its absolutely clear that Miensk and Stockholm have best quality ghettos in Europe . Partzynski (Zavadzki) is my father´s home quarter , it even 5 years ago was a terrible , depressive place, one of the worst in Mienks but not anymore... still if peter ´d visit a local shitty bar after 11.30 pm he´d have a good chance get him into some trouble
