  1. wrong. because it will melt and the released water will flow to t he sea. so it is both.

  2. sure, but he said, if the ice slides into t he sea is the only time it adds to the sea level. but even if is stays on land, the melted ice water goes to the sea usually.  @PoeticJusticeSC
