  1. NO. the black Wall Street was buildings burnt . That was rebuilt by government funding. so they got that wealth back. the rest of thier wealth was in the bank and it wasn't taken. I mean, unless it was under the mattress and got burned or stolen.

  2. the only bad thing about welfare was when they used to deny benefits to families with a father or husband in it. that isn't happening any more. but, more white families were affected by that, than black.
