  2. this is too disruptive for just a test. unless people signed up for it. Far different from just on a tv or radio. People could be inthe middle of a super important phone call or typing in or tapping in a transaction etc. this is fccked up majorly. THIS SHOULD ONLY BE ON THE TV AND RADIO OR NON TRANSACTIONAL MOMENTS ETC.

  7. TOTAL BULLSHHHT. it didn't go onto websites of passive usage. I di d not get this alert as i don't have a cell phone. It should just go onto passive sites and tv, radio, unless you are signed up for it.
