  4. he was talking to christians about loving one another . Neighbor has a specific context, it 's about helping the poor and injured / disabled among us nearby. Kings and queens must enforce laws and punish wicked evil doers, check the Bible . of course, these methods weren't ok at all. burning people alive , and torture, are not prescribed in christianity. violence isn't how you convert anyone into the true faith. it happens inside a person. i think they punished people for lying in order to gain favor with the government , and being dishonest supposedly.

But what the inquisition did was not anywhere in bible instructions. however they were weeding out the liars who faked their way into government and other positions. should have just told them to leave instead of burning them.

  10. how ironic. the paradox is that these jews needed the actual real protection of christ. but they didn't know how to ask Him for it and many might not believe in it. God did not protect them, and they may have never asked Him thru christ who is the gateway to the Father.

  13. what do you mean, are you a jesuit or something? an Inqusitor? they were so wrong about so many things . for instance, Hebrew customs were not against God or Jesus. Holding Sabbath onthe proper day, that is named after Sabbath ( SABADO), is not wrong but right. Christians used to keep that day, the Sabbath day, 7h day of rest. they had thousands of years of history with God.
