  1. breast milk is FOOD. maybe they supplied it in times of need, and the fattest women stored the calories on thier bodies, to make that FOOD. until they domesticated cows? so they fed them extra. Those women sat around a lo t making baskets and sewing skins etc. and keeping the fires going. those huge breasts result from several pregnancies ( lots of hormones) , have seen several babies and probably a great deal of extra stimulation , which produces all the more milk and makes them grow .
