  1. No, Mr kennedy. some states DO NOT house thier homeless. they take the funding but do not do the job. They do NO street outreach to get tothe neediest and least able, in their counties. They DO however, bring in foreign parasites to take those taxpayer funded benefits away from the American citizens in need. Oregon for one. Maybe others.
