  3. you don't even know what the items are and how much and why . maybe it was going to be twice as big but johnson said no. anyway he has little power, they have the thinnest majority and only in the House. GOP is MINORITY in the Senate. Biggs is bloviating and not giving any real info as to what costs so much inthe bill.
