  1. VERY FEW abortions are for rape , incest or life of the mother. like less than 5%. So giving that exception would be a huge step forward for a state, it would stop 95% of them. And yes, Oregon and maybe other states, allow abortion up to the moment of birth! some DO talk about killing after the baby is born. The mom is in a very vulnerable state at that point, BAD idea .
