  3. TRUMP CALLED FOR the protest TO BE PEACEFUL, we saw that on video on site. In fact it's common to have huge protest marches in DC. this one was LEGAL and it was about 500,000 people. out of that, less than .01% of the protesters ever did anything that was illegal , even a little bit. Those ones rioted and did things Trump told them NOT to do. the vast majority of the protesters di d nothing illegal at all. Protesting on the Capitol grounds, or inside the halls, is legal and has been done thousands of times , it's common. MANY people over the decades have been arrested or hauled away , after handcuffing themselves to the stair rails, chanting loudly indoors, etc. But nobody was charged with insurrection for doing this , til the Dems decided to use that phoney verbal accusation to eliminate Trump from competition.
