The fact Trump has spoken of REMOVING THE DEPT OF EDUCATION is a reason i can see that might make him unelectable. that department oversees all the Pell grants and lots of other financial things and etc that help the poor get into some type of college courses. So that is not the right thing to eliminate, it may need revamped to do better things but , NOT to remove it. That's a losing proposition.
