At 7:15, strikes like the one that was tried just recently against the strategic long range radars, if perpetrated by western provocateurs, could also be understood to be part of a preemptive nuclear attack... Potentially a very high risk move. And if they claim to also have given them ASATs and are then used in combination, Russia may have no choice but to act.

President Putin said long ago that it didn't matter who was in office because they'd meet, seem to find common points of agreement, etc. And then the puppets would go back to DC where the men in dark suits would gather to set their minds right.
