  1. From my last experiences at a commercial gym, I never saw anything like this stuff. Nevertheless, there's still plenty of opportunities for someone to be seriously injured. So when you see gym etiquette go out the window, understand that common sense and safety may soon follow. I'm very thankful for my home setup and don't miss the commercial gym scene at all...
