  11. I'm wondering if it didn't crash or was shot down someplace it wasn't supposed to be (i.e., Ukraine, Black Sea, Crimea, etc.) And this is how they're accounting for it. Not unlike stories of many US military personnel dying in auto or plane crashes here to account for their actual deaths in Ukraine (where supposedly there are no boots on the ground).
