I personally believe that Vladimir Putin wasn't thinking so much about whether or not he was being deceived as much as whether they were diligently dotting all the i's, crossing all the t's. And to this point, I believe it has paid dividends that the world has seen the extent of Russian long suffering (not aggression), with what they've been willing to pursue for peace. I further believe that it's the short sighted that believe otherwise.

But I just see smoke and mirrors on the one hand to run cover for the chaos to come on the other.   13. My prediction regarding this so-called department of government efficiency... They'll thin it, cut bureaucracy, but budgets will remain the same (increasing revenues/profits for the oligarchy). In other words, this leaner meaner government won't be for the benefit of the people, except in a trickle-down narrative.

  14. At about 50:52, Alexander is far too nice to Mr. DeSantis. Rather than being an interesting way of looking at the conflict, I'd rather say it is by definition, an ignorant one. He seems to think we are but an innocent, well meaning bystander... Just ridiculous. We have no leadership and no one on the horizon to provide any. And I believe I just said what Alexander is too much of a gentleman to say, but what he in fact meant.

  25. @Guvnor100  Yes, they are multiple rockets/missiles now, but they fire one at a time sequentially. HIMARS & M270 use the same pods (6 rounds), just M270 uses two pods, HIMARS only one. Don't know current info, but original M270 rockets carried bomblets in nose cone, initiated with a timer over target area. In effect, cluster bomblets.

And yes this was the flagship (of the Black Sea), but she wasn't a state of the art ship. I don't really know, but I'm thinking that position was more symbolic, being an old ship and representing the cold war history. But I think as they reflect on her, they'll understand it to be a little more of the past horror of the USSR that they're leaving behind. The horror we now face in the west...
