Your "real America" are the one's who set the high insulin costs. The private sector set the prices. Lower prices are negotiated by Medicare, the government. Btw, Trump's executive order did not lower the cost of insulin . That was a pre- election snow job. Changing drug regulations requires legislation, something the GOP did not touch with a ten-foot pole.. And Biden did not "reverse" it. Btw, the Postal Service is a "service", not a business, just like our military is not a business either.
