  38. The country has always been split, but in a peaceful, cooperative way. It was always compromise and move on. Gingrich and MAGA turned it into a war. It started with Gingrich and his 'Contract with America" and his lies about the Clintons having people killed. Trump amplified it to full war with his attack on the capital.

Looks to me these new charges have a very good chance of sticking. Where does the "charade" part kick in? I see criminal activity. Juries seem to think so too.
