  3. Boeing didn't like the idea of getting their 68 billion dollars WITH STRINGS ATTACHED* and are now saying they don't want the money. "We have other options". WTF. If that is the case, why was the government giving them money in the first place? * They aren't allowed to use the money for stock buybacks and CEO bonuses.
