  9. Obama took the unemployment rate from Bush's 10% down to 4.7% . Trump inherited 4.7%. It went down .9% (POINT NINE PERCENT) under his administration . So much for the "Trump economy". In typical Republican fashion, it is now back to 10%, another recession.
